General
The Creative Template Library displays your account's creative templates and lets you create and modify them.
Table Columns
The Creative Templates table contains the following information:
| Column | Description |
| Poster | Displays the creative template's poster if available. |
| ID |
Displays the unique ID of the creative template. A green dot appears in this column when the template has a child creative used in a live campaign. Two icons also appear when the template is shared with or by another account:

| Name |
Displays the name of the creative template. You can also hover over the template to reveal its workflow steps. Clicking on any of the steps will quickly navigate you to that step within the template. | Type | Displays the type of the creative template: HTML, Image, Video, In-Banner Video, Interactive Video, or Video. |
| Created | Displays the timestamp of the creative template's creation and the name of the person who created it. |
| Last Updated | Displays the timestamp of the template's most recent update. |
| Source | Displays the source of the creative template: Ad Builder or Custom Code. |
| Features | Displays the features enabled for the creative template: Product, Location, or Weather. If enabled, the Product feature includes labels for the "product type" selected when enabling the feature (e-commerce, travel, car, and so on). |
| Formats |
Displays the ad formats (sizes) included in the creative template. Ad formats display errors and warnings specific to them, which you can learn more about by hovering over the format. |
| Shared Accounts |
Displays the account with which the creative template is shared. Note: You can remove the creative template from the shared account by clicking the "x" located by the displayed account name. |
Making a Template
You can make creative templates from scratch, pre-existing templates stored in a library, or from importing. For more information, see Making a Creative Template.
Editing a Template
- Click on a creative template to edit it.
Table Actions
Select a creative template and click Actions to take the following actions:

| Duplicate |
Duplicates the selected creative template according to your selected option:

| Share to Account |
Gives an advertiser account access to the selected creative template(s). The Clinch tech team manually configures the accounts eligible for template-sharing. |
| Refresh Poster | Update the poster for the selected creative template(s). |
| Delete | Deletes the selected creative template(s) permanently. |
| Export Template |
Exports the selected creative template and its assets to a ZIP file. You can use this file to import the template into another advertiser account by clicking Create > Import Template. Note: This action doesn't apply to Jet-mapped After Effects templates. |
| Export to Excel | Exports the selected creative template(s) and their data to an Excel file (not including dynamic parameters). |
