General
The Ad Variations table, a step in the video campaign workflow, enables you to manage and review video ad variations, including those planned for rendering, currently being rendered, and those that have already been rendered.
In video campaigns, video rendering is necessary to generate all needed campaign ad variations before ad serving. These ad variations are based on the number of creatives, products, and/or locations defined in the campaign map.
Here you can initiate the batch rendering, monitor the progress, and review them. You can also perform several other actions, such as re-render, delete, download, or export.
Note: The maximum number of video ad variations can vary by account. Please see the Limits & Quotas section of your account settings for a specific number.
Accessing the Ads (Variations) Table
- In the Campaigns table, select a video campaign to open its Homepage.
- Click the Ads (Variations) button located in the campaign header.
- Hovering over the Ads (Variation) button on the homepage displays a snapshot of the number of video variations categorized by status (Rendered, Planned, and Failed). For CTV campaigns, additional information about the Transcoding status will also be displayed (Succeeded, Pending, and Failed).
