General
You can import trackers from Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) into a programmatic campaign using an XLSX tag sheet file downloaded from CM360.
Flight Control will also create and associate campaign placements for the imported trackers automatically using the file's Clinch Placement ID, DSP, and Environment columns.
For more information on trackers, see Campaign Trackers.

Import Trackers Using a CM360 Tag Sheet File
To import trackers using a CM360 tag sheet file:
- Go to a campaign's Trackers step.
- Click Create > Import Trackers from CM360 Tags Sheet.
- Note: Click Instructions for a source file to see how to prepare the tag sheet file for importing.
- Select an XLSX file to upload from your local device, or drag and drop it into the UI.
-
Optional. Select the Import Placements from Tag Sheet checkbox to import placements alongside trackers from the file. For each CM360 placement, a Clinch campaign placement will be created.
-
- Important: To create the campaign placements for your imported trackers, you must add and fill in the Clinch Placement ID, DSP, and Environment columns in the tag sheet file. Optionally, you can add more placement-related columns to further configure the placements.
-
- Select what should happen with existing trackers:
- Overwrite existing CM360 trackers data: This option updates existing CM360 trackers and adds new ones. If the trackers share the same CM360 tracker information, it overwrites the tracker URL. If the tracker data in the import file differs, it adds a new tracker. Existing trackers that aren't in the import file won't be deleted.
- Delete existing CM360 trackers prior to import: This option removes existing CM360 trackers upon file import. Trackers without external provider data won't be deleted.
- Click Import Trackers.
The new tracker will be displayed in the Trackers table.
