General
The Advanced tab is where you set specific policies for your product feed and enable and configure scheduled updates for local product enrichment (or by date for travel products).
Product enrichment entails two feed components:
- The base product feed: This file contains all products and product attributes.
- An additional product enrichment file: These files contain store-specific pricing, which is retrieved during ad-serving.
Feed Update Policy
This section allows you to set a minimum threshold of the number of items you can have in the feed to set warning alerts:
-
Fail Feed update when the number of items in the feed falls below:
- Defaults to 1 item
- Enter the desired number of items.
-
Issue a warning when the number of items in the feed falls below:
- Defaults to 20%
- Enter the desired percentage
"Out-of-Stock" Items Policy
If the feed contains an Availability column, you can specify how the product should behave if it is out of stock. The options are:
- Load but don't show in ads (default): Uploads the product to the feed but doesn't serve it in the ad.
- Load and show in ads: Uploads the product to the feed and serves it in the ads, although the product is out of stock.
- Do not load: Does not upload out-of-stock products to the feed.
