General
In Flight Control, there are two types of accounts: agency accounts and advertiser accounts.
Each type of account has its own specific core features. For more information on each type, please see the sections below.
Advertiser Account
- This account type typically represents a single advertiser brand. A brand may have multiple advertiser accounts, for example, Advertiser US, Advertiser Canada, and Advertiser Europe. Each account can have unique settings, feature configurations, and users, etc.
- Advertisers can be linked to one or multiple agencies. This linkage can be established from an Advertiser account by inviting the agency or from an Agency account by creating or inviting the advertiser.
- The list of linked agencies, along with the option to invite agencies to the advertiser account, is accessible in the Linked Agencies page within the Account section. For further information about the Linked Agencies Table, click here.
Core Functions
- The advertiser account type enables management of core Flight Control features for creating and managing campaigns, Creatives, Feeds, Analytics, etc.
Agency Account
The agency account type allows you to manage one or multiple advertiser accounts, including administrative tasks such as creating and inviting advertiser accounts, managing agency users and assigning them to advertiser accounts, accessing reporting and billing information across all linked advertisers, etc.
Core Functions
- User access management: Management of agency and advertiser users, including inviting users to the agency and/or advertiser(s) account linked to the agency, and managing user permissions.
- Analytics: Access insights and analytics for all advertiser accounts linked to the agency account.
- Notifications: Receive and manage alerts and notifications from these advertiser accounts.
Important: Creative templates and creatives don't apply to agency accounts.
