Integrations Overview

General

Clinch has integrations with multiple partners and vendors (e.g., social platforms, DSPs, ad-verification, and measurement vendors).

To enable an integration, an account admin must first enable this vendor for the account. Only then will the respective service be selectable for the campaign (in the Services section of the campaign homepage).

User Permissions 

• You need the Admin user permission to add or change integrations.

Account Integrations Table

The Integrations table displays all enabled vendor integrations for your account.

• By default, when no integration is enabled, the table will be empty.
• The account manager will need to enable the vendor's integrations as needed.

Measurement	Neustar	Enable the Neustar integration to send ad-serving events to Neustar for attribution. After creating the integration, please provide your Clinch account ID to Neustar to complete the process.

Audience	Merkury	Users must have an active Merkury account and a service-level agreement directly with Merkury. Enable the Merkury Integration within your account to receive new audiences from Merkury. Ensure User Profiling is enabled in your Flight Control account's Feature Settings. After creating the integration, please provide your Clinch account ID to Merkury to complete the process.

Accessing & Navigating The Integrations Table

1. Click Account > Integrations.
2. To disable an integration from an account, select the integration and click Actions > Delete.

Adding an Integration

1. Click Account > Integrations.
2. Click Add.
3. Select the partner you want to integrate with.
4. Follow the onscreen prompts.
   • This will establish an authenticated connection between your Flight Control account and the third-party account/service.
   • The vendor service then becomes available for enablement in your account campaigns, inside the Services section of a campaign's homepage.

Actions

Click Actions to use one of these options:

Action	Description
Sync Meta Account Assets	Updates the assets shared with Clinch in your selected Meta ad accounts (pages, Instagram accounts, pixels, apps, and catalogs).
Delete	Deletes the selected integration from your account.
Export to Excel	Lets you export the content of selected integrations to an Excel file. When no integrations are selected, this action exports all account integrations.
