General
The Placements step of a Flight Control programmatic campaign lets you lets you synchronize placement data from a partner DSP account. The following DSPs are currently supported:
- The Trade Desk (TTD): All ad groups from the connected campaign will be imported as placements.
- Display Video 360 (DV360): All active line items from the connected campaign will be imported as placements.
- Amazon: All ad groups from the connected campaign will be imported as placements.
Prerequisites
- You must connect your DSP account(s) in Flight Control. This is done in Account > Integrations. For more information, see Integration Overview.
User Permissions
- You need the Campaigns user permission to create or change campaign placements.
Create a Placement by Connecting to a DSP Campaign
To connect to an external campaign:
- Go to a campaign's Placements step.
- Click Create > Connect to External Campaign.
- This opens the Integrate with External Campaign window.
- Select a DSP provider.
- Note: For Amazon, if you're using Amazon custom audiences, the DSP/publisher would be automatically set to Amazon DSP S2S.
- Select a DSP advertiser account.
- Select a DSP campaign.
- Click Add Campaign.
- Flight Control will retrieve placement data from the specified DSP campaign and add it to the Placements table.
- Note: After syncing placements from a DSP, be sure to review the placements and delete ones not related to Clinch.
