General
Location sets are subsets of locations derived from a main location feed, and they're useful when you only need a specific selection of locations (stores/businesses/dealerships/restaurants) within your campaign strategy.
You can use the Location Sets tab when creating or editing a location feed to make location sets.
Note: Location sets are updated automatically when you edit their corresponding location feeds.
Prerequisite
- A location feed created in your account.
Creating a Location Set
To make a location set when creating or editing your feed:
- Click the Location Sets tab.
- Click Create and select one of the following options:

Manually Add Locations: This option lets you manually add locations to the location set from the main location feed.
- Enter a name for the location set.
- Click Create.
- Click on the newly created location set to edit it.
- Click the Locations tab.
- Click Actions > Add Items from Feed.
- Select one or more locations to add.
- Click Select Locations.

Calculate by Filter: This option lets you create a location set by filtering for one or more of the feed's location fields. The filter can be a combination of conditions with AND/OR operators linking them.
- Enter a name for the location set.
- Create a filter to be applied to the location feed.
- Select a mapped column/datapoint to search through in your location feed.
- Select an operator (Contains, Equal, or Not Equal) to determine which location values in the mapped column/datapoint are added to the set.
- Enter one or more values the mapped feed column/datapoint must contain, equal, or not equal, depending on your operator selection.
- Optional. Click the plus sign to add another filter linked by an AND operator.
- Optional. Click Add Section to add one or more filters linked by an OR operator.
- Click Create.

Manually Add Locations: This option lets you manually add locations to the location set from the main location feed.
Managing Location Sets
- Click a location set to open the Edit Location Set window.
- Make adjustments in the General tab, and click Submit.
- The General tab displays the location set's name and any applied filters.
- Click the Update History tab to see recent location set updates, results, and statistics. You can also download an update report that shows changes made.
- Click the Locations tab to see the set's included locations through either a Table or Map view.
- Click the Used In tab to see the IDs of campaigns the location set is being used in.
- Make adjustments in the General tab, and click Submit.
Location Set Actions
Select a location set and click Actions to use one of the following options:

| Delete | Deletes the selected location set. |
| Duplicate | Duplicates the selected location set. |
| Export to Excel | Exports the selected location sets' table information to an Excel file. |
Using Location Sets in Campaigns
