General
A location feed is an advertiser's structured list of physical locations (stores, businesses, dealerships, or restaurants). A location feed must have the following information mapped for each location:
- Location ID
- Location name
- Country code (two-letter ISO format)
-
One of the following mapping combinations:
- Latitude and longitude
- Address line (street and building number), region/state (name or code), and city (unabbreviated name)
During ad serving, a location can be selected based on a user's location, and its details can be displayed in programmatic campaign ads.
You can add location feeds to your Flight Control account through file uploads or online file hosting using a URL. Flight Control supports the following location feed file formats:
- CSV
- TSV
- XML
- ZIP files
- Note: The ZIP must contain a single supported file (CSV, TSV, or XML) at the root level.
- JSON - This isn't supported within the Flight Control UI. Contact your Clinch account representative for assistance.
Note: The maximum number of locations (rows) allowed in a location feed varies by account. To find your specific limit, see the Limits & Quotas tab in your account settings. You can request a limit increase by creating a support ticket (Help > Open Support Ticket).

Using Location Feeds in Creatives
You can utilize location feed values within creative designs by enabling a creative template's Location feature and setting your location feed as a dynamic source for a dynamic parameter value within the creative template or child creative's Set step.
Using Location Feeds in Campaigns
You can use location feeds in programmatic campaigns through location cards, and you can condition for location feed columns in condition cards connected to a location card.
For programmatic campaigns that don't require video rendering, changes made to feeds used in an active campaign version will affect the live campaign.
