General
The comments feature enriches collaboration by enabling you to add feedback on campaign logic, respond to comments, mention account users, include URL links, and resolve discussions.
Anyone with access to the campaign can add, view, and reply to comments.
Adding a Comment

In the Campaign Logic (decision map), click the Comment icon.
- The Comment icon on the toolbar turns blue, indicating that it is in "Comment mode", and the mouse cursor changes to a "comment" icon whenever you hover over a campaign map card.
- Click the card where you want to add the comment.

Enter a comment.
- There is a limit of 500 characters per comment.
- You can include a URL link in your comment.
- You can mention an account user (see Mentioning Users in a Comment below for details).

Click the arrow icon (
) to add a comment.
- The comment icon in the campaign map will update to show the “comment number" (e.g., the first comment will have the number 1, second comment the number 2, etc.)
- Adding a comment automatically opens the Comments pane, where you can see the comments and additional information, such as the creator's name, date, and time the comment was entered.
- Clicking the comment in the campaign map automatically selects the comment in the Comments pane and vice versa.
- Hovering over the commenter avatar name in the Comments pane displays the "comment number."
Mentioning Users in a Comment
In the comment, you can “mention” one or multiple account users using the “@” character.
- Only users who were added to the account will be available in the “mention list.”
- The person mentioned will receive an email notification that includes a link to the comment in the campaign.
Accessing Comments
A “red dot” next to the Comment icon will indicate that a comment has been entered. The comments are pinned to the card selected by the commenter.
- Click the Comment icon to open the Comments pane and see a list of all comments.
- Click the comment pin on the card to see the comment details in the Comments pane.
- If there is a "comment cluster," click on the cluster, then click on the individual comment pin to select and view in the Comment pane.
