General
You can make standard (non-dynamic) creatives in the Creative Library by utilizing an existing creative template or by uploading HTML, image, video, or audio assets.
Note: Bulk creative uploads are only available for image and video creatives, but you can simultaneously upload multiple ad formats/sizes for a single creative of any type.
Making a Creative from a Template
To make a creative from an account creative template:
- Go to Libraries > Creatives.
- Click Create > From Template.
- Note: Audio creative templates don't exist, so you can't create an audio creative from a template.
- Enter a name for the creative.
- Choose a creative template from the table. You can utilize the search and filter options to locate your template.
- Click Create.
The new creative will be added to the Creative Library, inheriting settings from its parent template (published ad formats, features, dynamic parameters, and more).
Making a Creative from Upload
To make a standard (non-dynamic) creative from a file or folder upload:
- Go to Libraries > Creatives.
- Click Create > From Upload.
- Select a creative type.
- Enter a name for the creative.
-
Follow the steps according to your selected creative type:
Creative Type Steps HTML - Upload your ZIP file by dragging and dropping it into the window, or clicking the plus icon to select it from your local device.
- The uploaded ZIP file should contain a folder for each required format.
- Each folder should be named according to the width and height (example: 300x250/300x50).
- Each folder should contain an index.html file and the required assets.
- Note: If the uploaded ZIP file includes script and CSS links that serve from non-Clinch domains, Flight Control will detect them automatically and give you the option to upload them to a view-only "CACHED-LIBS" folder in your account's Assets Library. This will switch their file URLs to the Clinch domain for ad serving.
Note: Click Download HTML Example to download an example ZIP folder showing the required folder structure and assets.
Image - Choose one of the following options:
