Exported Data Storages allows you to create and manage your account's connections to external data storage. After connecting, you can export Flight Control My Reports data to the storage location(s). Flight Control supports the following storage options:
- Amazon S3
- SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol)
- Azure Blob Storage
- Google Cloud Platform Storage
Create an Exported Data Storage
- Go to Account > Exported Data Storages.
- Click Add.
- The Add new storage for data export dialog will be displayed.
- Enter a storage name.
- Select a Storage Provider.

Follow steps according to your selected storage option:
Storage Option Steps Amazon S3 - Select a Region.
- Enter the name of your S3 bucket.
- Enter the path to your S3 bucket.
- example: "departments/dev-qa/TestReportStorage/"
- Enter the public key for your S3 bucket.
- Enter the private key for your S3 bucket.
SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) - Enter the name of your host.
- example: "sftp.clinch.co"
- Enter the path to your data storage.
- example: "Documents/ClinchReporting"
- Enter the username for your data storage.
- Select the authentication type for your data storage and follow its subsequent steps:

- Enter the password for your data storage.

- Enter your authentication key or upload a file to extract the key from.
- Enter a key password.

Azure Blob Storage - Enter the name of your Azure container.
- Enter your Azure account name.
- Enter your Azure account key.
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Storage - Enter the name of your GCP bucket.
- Enter the path to your GCP bucket.
- Include your GCP JSON key file by selecting it from your local device.
- Click Add.
Using Exported Data Storages in Flight Control
Once an external data storage has been connected to your account, you can utilize it as a cloud location when configuring Sending Options for My Reports. Additionally, you can use this data storage as a destination for log-level data from Data Outputs (contact your Clinch account representative for information).
