Linked Agencies

Linked Agencies lets you see all agency accounts currently linked to your advertiser account and invite more agency accounts to link with.

An advertiser account can be linked to multiple agency accounts, and these agency accounts can have the following permission levels for an advertiser account:

  • Manage: The agency account can manage the advertiser account (able to add users and grant user permissions), but not delete it.
  • Owner: The agency account created the advertiser account and manages it. The agency can also delete the advertiser account.
  • View: The agency account can access the advertiser account, but it's limited to view-only access, unable to add users and grant permissions.

  • You need Admin user permissions to link your advertiser account to agency accounts.

Invite an Agency Account

Using an Agency Account ID

  1. In the Advertiser account, go to Account > Linked Agencies.
  2. Select Invite Agency.
  3. Enter the account ID of the agency with which you want to link.
  4. Click Invite.
    • A notification will be sent to the agency account, asking them to approve the invite.
  5. Await a status change from "pending" to "connected" (in the Linked Agencies table) for the invited agency account to confirm successful account linkage.

Using an Advertiser Account ID

  1. Obtain your Advertiser Account ID either from Account > Settings or Linked Agencies Table > Invite Agency > Your Account ID.
  2. Select Invite Agency.
  3. Send the advertiser account ID to an admin user of the desired agency account, requesting that they link with your advertiser account.
    • The admin user should send you an invite asking you to approve the connection request.
  4. Approve the connection request,
    • Go to Account > Linked Agencies.
    • Locate the agency account in the table and click Approve.
    • Await a status change from "pending approval" to "connected" for the invited agency account to confirm successful account linkage.

Table Actions

Click Actions to perform any of the following options:
