General
Flight Control's agency dashboards provide visibility into campaign delivery trends and compiled insights for your agency and its linked advertiser accounts. Here, you can create and customize dashboards to share data across multiple campaigns and channels with your agency colleagues.
Important: The Dashboard section only displays in the navigation panel if you've been granted access to one of the agency's linked advertiser accounts.
User Permissions
- You need the Analytics user permission for your agency and at least one advertiser account to create or modify agency dashboards.
Information Security for Agency Dashboards
Flight Control's agency dashboards adhere to the principle of "least privilege." This means you can only see data in dashboards for linked advertiser accounts to which you have been granted access.
Example: If a colleague at your agency creates a dashboard that includes data for linked advertiser accounts to which you don't have access, then that specific data won't be visible to you, only data for the advertiser accounts to which you've been granted access.
Note: As an agency account administrator, we strongly recommend that you only give your colleagues advertiser account access and user permissions as needed to perform their job responsibilities in Flight Control.
Navigating Dashboards
The Dashboard page consists of the following:
-
Filtering: This area allows you to filter dashboard data under the selected date range and other custom filters.
- Note: By default, agency dashboards are filtered by the agency-linked advertiser accounts to which you have access.
- Dashboard Selector: This dropdown menu contains all dashboards for your agency account. Use the selector to switch between predefined and account user-created dashboards.
- (Dashboard) Widgets: These are infographics that display performance data. Widgets are also present in advertiser account dashboards. For information on creating dashboard widgets, see Dashboard Widgets.
