General
Flight Control's dashboards provide visibility into account and campaign delivery trends and insights. You can also create dashboards that best suit your data needs.
Dashboards are located in two places within Flight Control:
- The Dashboard page: This contains data that applies to your account and all its campaigns. Access by clicking Dashboard within the navigation panel.
- The Dashboard View: These dashboards focus on a specific campaign. Access from within a campaign's Insights step.
User Permissions
- The Analytics user permission is required to create and edit dashboards.
Accessing the Dashboard
To see account dashboards:
- Click Dashboard in the navigation panel.
- The account's "main dashboard" will display first, whether it's a standard predefined dashboard for your account or a custom dashboard set as the main dashboard.
To see campaign-specific dashboards:
- Go to a campaign's Insights step.
- Click the meter icon (
) in the campaign's Header to open the Dashboard View pane.
- This displays the campaign’s "main dashboard" first, which can be a standard predefined dashboard for your campaign or a custom dashboard set as its main dashboard.
Navigating Dashboards
Dashboards consist of the following:

Filtering: This area allows you to filter dashboard data for a selected date range, time zone, and data from campaign ad engagement and first-party account data sources.
- Note: Your account's default time zone can be changed within Account > Settings > Account Profile.
- Dashboard Selector: This dropdown menu contains all dashboards for your account or campaign. Use the selector to switch between predefined and user-created account dashboards.
- (Dashboard) Widgets: These are infographics that display performance data. For information on creating dashboard widgets, see Dashboard Widgets.
Dashboard Actions
The following actions are available for dashboards:

| Create Widget | Opens the Add Analytics Widget window, where you can create dashboard widgets. |
| Create a New Dashboard | Creates a blank dashboard that only includes the date range, time zone, and filters, and where you can add your desired dashboard widgets. |
| Set as Main Dashboard |
Sets the current dashboard as the main dashboard. (A main dashboard is the first dashboard displayed when opening the Dashboard page.) |

Rename Dashboard Only available in a campaign's Dashboard View. |
Lets you rename the dashboard. |
| Delete Dashboard |
Deletes the current dashboard permanently. Note: The "Default" and "Campaigns Performance" dashboards can't be deleted. |
| Export to PDF | Downloads the current dashboard as a PDF. |
| Duplicate Dashboard |
Creates a copy of the current dashboard, which you can then modify. Note: To customize the "Default" and "Clients Performance" dashboards, you must duplicate them first. |
Creating a new Dashboard
To create a new dashboard:
- Select Actions > Create a New Dashboard.
- The dashboard is automatically named "Dashboard [ID]".
- You can rename an account-level dashboard by clicking on the dashboard's name and entering a new one. For campaign-level dashboards, use the Rename Dashboard action to change the name.
- Add the widget(s) you want to include in the dashboard by clicking Actions > Create Widget.
