Copilot: Support
Copilot provides an integrated support experience featuring AI-driven troubleshooting and automatic capture of ticket details. This streamlined process reduces manual input and ensures a faster path to technical resolution
Initiating a Support Session
To start a support session, click Help > Submit Support Ticket from the menu, or click the plus icon in an active chat and select Open Support Ticket.
AI-Driven Troubleshooting
Copilot acts as a "Tier 1" support layer by analyzing your specific issue. Based on a repository of common troubleshooting steps, Copilot suggests actionable fixes that may resolve the issue on the spot.
Automated Ticket Submission
If the suggested troubleshooting steps don't resolve your issue:
- Form pre-population: Copilot automatically populates a simplified support form with the context gathered during your conversation. Copilot automatically captures essential system details, including your Account Name, User ID, and the specific URL or the specific Campaign/Feed/Creative IDs.
- Contextual Attachments: A summary of the troubleshooting steps you attempted and a full transcript of your Copilot chat are automatically attached to the ticket.
- Final Review: You can review the pre-filled details, add any additional notes, and click Submit without leaving your current workspace.
Copilot: Knowledge
Copilot can answer product-related questions by retrieving information from Flight Control’s internal knowledge repository. When a question is submitted, Copilot searches the Knowledge Center and supporting documentation resources to identify the most relevant content. The response also includes direct links to the original articles for further reference.
This reduces the need to manually search through multiple articles, allowing you to find accurate answers more quickly during setup or day-to-day usage of Flight Control.
To get the most relevant and actionable responses from Copilot:
- Provide detailed questions or context to narrow the search.
- If the response isn’t what you expected, try rephrasing the question.
- Ask additional questions in the same thread to deepen the insight or clarify information.
Note: Copilot's responses are based on available documentation within Flight Control. If a topic isn't covered in the existing knowledge repository, results may be limited or unavailable. Although Copilot provides helpful guidance based on internal documentation, always verify critical data (e.g., campaign setup rules, platform limitations) before making decisions.
Copilot: Library Management
Copilot supports table-level actions across Flight Control, allowing you to duplicate, edit, and filter items within key pages such as the Campaigns Page, Creative Template Library, and others.
