General
Clinch's Predict IQ Scores are a variety of performance-oriented scores, tailored diagnostics, and actionable creative insights designed to help advertisers evaluate creative efficacy before campaign launch.
The Predict IQ Attention Score is the first capability within the Predict IQ scoring suite. It estimates how effectively each creative variation is likely to capture audience attention.
Predict IQ Attention Score is available for image and video creatives and is displayed directly within creative template tearsheets. For each creative variation, the feature:
- Evaluates predicted attention performance against selected audience parameters
- Returns a Total Attention Score (1–100)
- Provides detailed suggestions for the creative with clear, actionable insights
- Provides granular diagnostic insights that highlight specific areas for creative improvement
Key benefits include:
- Predictive creative performance indicators inside tearsheets
- Clear comparison of variations to quickly identify weak or high-performing concepts before campaign launch
- Actionable guidance that helps refine creative and messaging strategy
Predict IQ Attention Score is powered by Adverteyes' AI-driven attention prediction technology to generate these scores.

Setting Up Predict IQ Attention Score for a Creative Template Tearsheet
To set up predictive attention scoring for a tearsheet:
Step 1: Enable Predict IQ Scores for the Tearsheet
- Go to a creative template's Tearsheets step.
- Create a new tearsheet by clicking Create Tearsheet, or edit an existing tearsheet by clicking Actions > Edit.
- In the Summary step of the Create/Edit Tearsheet modal, toggle Predict IQ Scores.
Note: To disable predictive scoring on a specific creative template tearsheet, simply toggle Predict IQ Scores off.
Step 2: Set Audience Parameters
These parameters shape the audience context for scoring and directly influence the predictive results returned for each variation:
- Gender
- Age
- Country
- Device
- Platform (channel)
Different audiences may produce different scores for the same creative.
Step 3: Attention Score Generation
After Predict IQ Scores is enabled and the tearsheet is saved, the system automatically begins analyzing and scoring each creative variation.
This process may take several minutes. During scoring, a progress indicator appears next to each variation still being processed. You will also see the progress indicator next to the tearsheet in the Tearsheets table.
Once analysis is complete, the total attention score and diagnostic insights will be displayed for each variation within the creative template's Tearsheet Viewer.
Viewing Predict IQ Attention Score and Diagnostics
Step 1: Total Attention Score
Every scored variation receives a Total Attention Score between 1 and 100, reflecting its predicted ability to capture audience attention for the selected audience settings. Higher scores indicate stronger predicted performance.
Step 2: Diagnostics Panel (Creative Improvement Insights)
Clicking on a creative variation’s attention score opens its diagnostics panel, which provides a detailed breakdown of how the creative variation is expected to perform and where improvements can be made.
- A diagnostic score between 1 and 100, showing how well the variation performs on that dimension.
- A weight value, indicating how influential that diagnostic is—higher weights represent areas where improvements will have a greater impact on the overall score.
- A category tag, such as Engagement, Branding, or Cognition.
Step 3: Switch Between Campaign Goals
You can also view the Total Attention Score and Diagnostics across different campaign goals by switching between Brand Awareness, Sales Lift, and Conversions.
Note: Variations are automatically re-scored whenever a change may affect their output, including: audience settings updates, feed updates (content, product, or location), creative edits (dynamic parameters, creative assets), and template changes (Ad Builder, mapping, parameter sets).
