General
A sequence card defines how often to show each output outcome to a specific user. The outcome can be a specific creative or a "branch" starting from this output, having additional logic before showing the specific creative.
Adding a Sequence Card
A card can be added to a campaign map using one of the following options:
- Clicking the Add Cards icon. This adds the card to the campaign map but does not link it to another card.
- Clicking any card's Output. This automatically links the added card to that card.

Additional Sequence Card Information
- If you change the card settings while there is a running version, and activate the new version, Flight Control will continue to count visits per user and will check the value against the new value set.
- If the value is bigger than the new setup value, the counter is reset and starts from 1.
- When the user cannot be uniquely identified on a person or household level, it is impossible to store the sequence state for this user; therefore, it is directed to the fallback output. This way, we avoid unidentified impressions to stay in the first output.
- The user can use the fallback output to build a specific flow to treat those impressions - for example, use a weighted card to split between different creatives.
- CTV placement environments can't reliably support the sequence card and other methods of cross-channel sequencing, as CTV relies on household information rather than specific user information.
