Within product selection cards, you can use sports-related product selection strategies to select data from a sports product feed for dynamic campaign decisioning and creative content.
Product selection cards using sports strategies must target a specific team and require a team name. You can source the team name from the value of one of your campaign placements' custom parameters or a content item previously selected in a content selection card within your campaign's logic.
Note: Sports-related product selection strategies aren't available for audio campaigns.
The following sports strategies exist:
| Strategy | Description |
| Show Upcoming Sport Game Including Live Games | This strategy selects the currently playing live game or the next closest upcoming game for the targeted sports team. |
| Show Upcoming Sport Game Excluding Live Games | This strategy selects the closest upcoming game for the targeted sports team, but it omits any game that is currently live or ongoing. |

Show Last Sport Game (not available in social campaigns) |
This strategy selects the most recent game that has already ended for the targeted sports team. |

Prerequisites
- Create a product feed in your account.
- Enable the Sports Service in your campaign.
- Insert the names of teams you want to target within the custom parameters of your campaign placements, or use a content selection card before the product selection card in your campaign's logic, and have the product selection card select the team name from a content item selected previously by the content selection card.
Configuring a Sports-Related Product Selection Strategy
To use a sports-related strategy in a product selection card:
- Select one of the following sports-related product selection strategies.
- Choose a product feed.
- Select a source for the team name.
- The team name source can be the value of one of the custom parameters in your campaign's placements or a content item previously selected in a content selection card within your campaign's logic.
- Click Submit.
